What is a return policy?
Given the special valuation nature of physical precious metals bullion, standard investment bars & coins do not support unconditional returns. If you receive damaged, mis-delivered or counterfeit-inconsistent products, please contact our customer service within 5 working days upon receipt with original packaging and order proof. We will conduct full authenticity inspection and arrange exchange or full refund after verification. Collectible numismatic products follow separate return terms stated on product pages.
